Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

We want your pup to love our treats! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food products unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at southtexenterprises@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. in lieu of a refund, store credit may be issued.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
